Driver Orientation Screen for Cognitive Impairment (DOSCI) – a nine question tool that enables officers to screen for cognitive impairment.  Also provides resources and contact information to assist in making referrals.

Driver Orientation Screen for Cognitive Impairment (10-minute video training) – provides instruction on the use of the DOSCI.  A review of the DOSCI smart phone application is also included with a secure login for law enforcement.

Recognizing Cognitive Impairment in Drivers (9-minute video) – demonstrates the use of the DOSCI during a traffic contact.
