Jana Jahns, MEd

Bringing a background in adult health education, training, and college-level teaching, Jana Jahns enriches the team with extensive experience. She assumes responsibility for coordinating and delivering professional and public education programs, overseeing curriculum development, and acting as a liaison to project consultants.

Before joining the TREDS team in 2010, Jana held a position at San Diego State University; she managed physician education for the "Clinical Breast Examination: Proficiency and Risk Management” program for the California Department of Public Health Cancer Detection Section. Jana earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
