Maintaining the safety and mobility of older drivers is an increasingly important concern. Changes associated with aging, including reduced visual acuity, decreased strength, and cognitive decline, can result in age-related driving impairments. Training for clinicians and allied health professionals is available to assist with the identification and management of age-related conditions that impact driving ability.Screening and Management of Age and Medically Related Driving Impairments
This 60-minute course aims to increase knowledge and skills needed to screen, refer, and when necessary, assist older patients through the transition into driving retirement.

Online Course
This course consists of four modules with knowledge checks and the opportunity to print a certificate of completion.
