Lesley Phillips, MPH

Program Manager

​​Lesley Phillips, MPH, is a Program Manager at TREDS where she oversees the development and delivery of education programs that focus on distracted driving, impaired driving, older road user safety, and pedestrian safety. She has extensive experience with project management and evaluation.

Previously, she served as a Research Associate and Training Manager at the UC San Diego California Smokers’ Helpline where she specialized in quantitative and qualitative research, training development, and program management. She also served as a health education Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa. Ms. Phillips obtained her BA in History at Occidental College and her Masters in Public Health from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
