Noelle Arbulu, BS

Project Coordinator

Noelle Arbulu is a Project Coordinator at TREDS where she supports curriculum development, promotion, and creation of outreach materials for the commercial distracted driving program. Additionally, she manages the website and social media platforms. With a background in higher education communication, she has five years of experience specifically in the transportation research sector.

Prior to TREDS, she served as an Outreach Specialist at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Illinois Center for Transportation, where she was responsible for overseeing and directing all communication efforts to further enhance the organization's visibility and stakeholder engagement. Noelle obtained her BS in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida State University.
