Jill Rybar, MPH

Associate Director

Jill Rybar, MPH, is the Associate Director of TREDS where she oversees grant awards that aim to promote safety for all roadway users. She brings expertise in program management, training development, and research to the team. Jill serves on several committees of California’s Strategic Highway Safety Plan and is a presenter and coauthor on research projects.

Previously, Jill held positions with Marin County Public Health Department and Kaiser Permanente, and she served on an advisory panel to the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing to develop health education standards for teacher preparation. Jill received her undergraduate degree in health science from San Diego State University and her Masters in Public Health from the University of California Los Angeles.
