Julia McMillan, MA, MS

Julia McMillan is a Program Manager at TREDS where she oversees research programs that focus on leveraging technology to improve commercial vehicle driving safety. With Agile (CSM) and traditional (PMP) project management certifications, Julia brings expertise in communications, change and dependency management, and risk assessment. 

Previously, she served as a Transformation Business Coach at National University, where she advised senior academic leadership on project and program management for an $11M+ portfolio, and where she was recognized for her contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Julia obtained her BA in History and French at Wesleyan University, her MA in Clinical Psychology at Lesley University, and her MS in Higher Education Administration at National University.
