Karen Lenyoun, BA

Program Analyst

Karen Lenyoun serves as a Program Analyst at TREDS, where she provides oversight, report documentation, and quality control preserving the accuracy of research data. Karen has over two decades of experience serving in non-profit program management for various organizations (SAY San Diego, Pangea Foundation, NAMI San Diego, and Urban Strategic Solutions) and brings expertise in training and curriculum development for youth and families on substance misuse prevention and harm reduction models in under-resourced communities.

With a passionate commitment to public health, Karen has served as co-chair of the North Central Leadership Team for Live Well San Diego since 2013. She studied Child Development and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) counseling certification at UCSD. She holds a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.
