Reducing Distracted Driving in the Patrol Vehicle
First responders may spend up to 70% of a work shift engaged in driving and are exposed to a higher incidence of driving safety risk as part of their duties. Use of personal cellular phones and other electronic devices in the complex environment of a modern patrol vehicle is a growing problem, increasing the risk for injuries, fatalities, and liability resulting from crashes.Distraction Overload: Risk Reduction for First Responders

Train-the-Trainer
This training equips safety professionals with the tools and knowledge to deliver a comprehensive 60-minute curriculum for first responders on distracted driving. Participants will gain access to program materials, including PowerPoint slides, print resources, video clips, and other supporting materials. A certificate is available upon course completion.
